Intercommunale Leiedal

Leiedal is the inter-local association for regional development in South-West Flanders that wants to help develop this region dynamically and sustainably into an attractive region to do business, work, live and experience. By sharing its resources and expertise through intermunicipal cooperation and (supra-)regional projects, Leiedal creates social, spatial, financial and ecological added value on the ground. As the municipalities' range of tasks became increasingly extensive and complex, Leiedal joined forces with other organisations and inhouse partners.

Leiedal was always at the forefront of the digital revolution and over the years has built up a strong operation around GIS, ICT, web development, e-government and electronic services. Leiedal thinks along with its partners and, more than ever, the conference centre is a meeting point for regional initiatives and regional players.
